Part 1: The Truth About Williamsburg Eruv
In the following articles you may be shocked to read the truth about the Satmar Rav zatzal and the Williamsburg eruv. You'll see the hishtalshilus of the first eruv and who endorsed it. Contrary to the propaganda of the past 20 years or so, the Dayanim who inspected the eruv were of course the Udvari Rav, Rav Fishel Hershkowitz, and none other than Rav Menashe Friedman, Satmar Dayan. The one whose kehilla printed a leaflet prohibiting the eruv and pasted his signature on it. So much for that chasima. Probably, the same may be applied to many other signatures; they were either forged or coerced out of their namesakes.
